Comprehensive Check up

This includes a thorough oral assessment so we can identify your specific treatment needs. Your examination will include analysis of diagnostic x-rays, evaluation of gum disease, detection of dental decay, tumours, cysts and bone loss. A treatment plan with an itemised quotation will be given at the end of your check up if any treatment is required.

Scale and clean

”Scale & Clean” or ”Scale & Polish” is performed to remove the plaque and calculus that have accumulated on your teeth, which can cause gum disease if not removed professionally. ”Scaling and Root Planing” is a similar but more advanced cleaning technique typically recommended for patients with periodontitis, a form of gum disease.
